However, the general rule of thumb is that if you finance your project the monthly payment will be about half of the guaranteed savings and will be paid off in about 3 to 5 years. We do not offer financing beyond 5 years. If you channel the remainder of the savings each month back into the deal it will be paid off in about 1.5 to 2.5 years. 

The average return on a business owner's money invested in this type of project is about 45%.
